PoS Blog

In order to further impress upon the three people who waste their precious time reading this blog that the Marin real estate market must have "intangibles" driving our house prices beyond the Oort cloud, I have created a new blog listing the finer homes of Marin.

Bring it on!

Email me the pics and I'll post 'em.

No addresses; just asking prices.

You have more that three readers. I've been lurking here for a while, and love reading your material.

BTW, if your going to post pictures of POS real estate in Marin, do stop by the home I grew up in. It's a late '50s tract home in Novato, and a POS by any measure. But it sold for 600K recently. My parents are probably spinning in their grave right now.

I just had a thought (it happens) -- as part of our "buyer's rebellion", how about you all taking your digital cameras with you as you move about Marin and take pictures of worthy PoSs that have "for sale" signs in front of them? Then email them to me (preferably with the current asking price).
