Mill Valley Lots Dropping
It's not just houses in Marin that are dropping in price, but lots too. Oops! Looks like someone in Mill Valley could not afford to finish their dream house. They dropped the price by a solid 34%

Hmmm... that might depend on your perspective.
I think I would wait a few years until the contractors are really looking for work. That would make it more reasonable.
I read recently where a contractor in Massachusetts is actually returning phone calls as of late.
How far behind is Marin? I'll guess and say "next summer."
