Price Reductions Continue in Marin

glad to hear it. However, with so many still sporting the million dollar price tags or near to it... WHO is going to buy them?

Looks to me like all those people who paid the biga$$ prices believing they were investing are going to have to sit tight and do what people are supposed to do in houses... live in them.

That is why you buy them... to live in them. So I want to schedule a question to be asked over the next few years on a regular basis... Is the price you are paying worth it?
