Tax Payers Against a Wall Street and Mortgage Bailout
Please consider this online petition against bailouts entitled "Tax Payers Against a Wall Street and Mortgage Bailout". All you have to do is "sign" and click a button.
Yeah, I've been trying to explain that to my parents (who have no worries given their social-security-and medicare-is-my-right-age - not to mention prop f-ing 13) and claim I'm not being f-ing compassionate (due to my projected calculations) and/or doing enough goddamn f-ing yoga (F the future, do yoga, itsallgood) to properly enlighten myself into spending way to much money for a stupid ass high-end gym membership...BTW, only drive there with your Mercedes. ...ME ME ME ME Now!
Well, a petition like this, although maybe not legal, has the potential to reach a huge number of people and so to become a huge list which only a fool would ignore.
I mean, if a huge number of people exprese their ire and something like this self-organizes, even the densest of politicians should take notice.`

Case in point, in less than 24 hours the list has gone from about 100 to well over 500.
I signed it! I am also a women and I vote! Oh wait, that don't make sense at all... Does it?
Even though I also don't know if it will have any impact, I signed it. I also emailed the petition to several people in my address book.
At present, it's over 800 signatures, including mine. Time to stop subsidizing this stupidity...we'll have a deep enough money pit with Iraq.
I'm on there too.
