However, I saw a picture of the commenter... I know her from that one A&E show about Beverly Hills Real Estate.
It's frightening to watch that show. If even a fraction of a percent of people in the US would believe what those people believe, it's time to run, not walk out of California.
That realtor/agent was borderline histerical when she argued, and I paraphrase, "regardless of how far you think your market will fall, buy, buy, buy anyway; just offer what makes sense to you." In otherwords, she and people like her are desperate for their commission and you Mr. Buyer are responsible for making sure they get it.
You could hear Schiff and maybe even some people in the studio balking in the background.
