More May Data for Marin
Here are some more charts updated for May, 2006. I am thinking of not doing these sorts of charts every month anymore and instead moving to every other month or so. Let me know what you think.

I'm up here in Seattle, and there's kind of a lull going on, although prices are still appreciating. Of course, we started out about half in price and a good couple of years behind you in CA. Those charts are interesting though. Very illustrative. Send em to Partick.net and his SF housing bubble blog.
