Basic Math Skills of Typical RE Investor is Found Lacking

Maybe I am breaking some blogger etiquette by cross-linking to another blog, but I love the Econo-Almanac for the Landed Poor. Here is a link to a classic article dealing with the lack of basic math skills of current property investors. But then, most RE investors are inexperienced twenty-somethings who probably slept through high school.
