This graph doesn't even include the increased numbers of construction workers, loan officers, surveyors, inspectors, appraisers, stagers, designers, furnishings, etc. As the housing market continues to slow and then crashes, these folks will be losing their RE-related jobs which will only exasperate the housing sell-off. Further, considering that you don't even need a college education to become a realtor, these folks on average will be looking at a lower income.
